Job Description
Join NXT LABS to generate and qualify leads for our e-book services. Contact prospects via phone, email, and chat; explain packages; qualify leads; schedule and confirm appointments; log interactions in CRM. Meet daily and weekly appointment targets. Requirements: excellent verbal and written English (mandatory), strong listening, persuasion, rapport-building, target-driven attitude, basic computer skills, CRM familiarity. Fresh graduates welcome.
