Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Agent at Maxmak Solutions to deliver exceptional support across phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product and service inquiries, handling outbound calls to follow up or promote offerings, collaborating with team members, using Microsoft Office for documentation, and analyzing feedback to improve service. Requirements: strong English communication skills (bilingual a plus), proficiency with Microsoft Office, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time, In person. Pay: Rs30,00–Rs100,00 per month.
