Job Description
Fortune Tech is seeking a full-time Customer Support Executive in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Night shifts: females 6:00 PM–1:00 AM, males 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. Salary Rs30,00–40,00 monthly, plus dollar-based commission and daily bonuses. Responsibilities include handling calls and messages, resolving inquiries, updating records, following up, and meeting performance targets. Minimum Matric/Intermediate, strong English communication, good interpersonal skills, target-driven; call center experience is a plus.
