Job Description
EDGE SOLUTIONS seeks a Ticketing Officer to prepare itineraries, calculate fares, make domestic & international reservations, issue/reissue/refund tickets using Galileo GDS, and advise corporate and retail clients on schedules, routes, and travel policy. Requires B.Com or equivalent, expert Galileo GDS knowledge, MS Office proficiency, strong communication, and minimum 3 years of ticketing experience. Full-time, in-person at Zamzama, D.H.A. Phase V, Karachi. Compensation Rs65,00–85,00/month. Benefits include annual bonus and increment, training, company phone/postpaid, group health insurance, annual leave, and in-house lunch.
