Job Description
We are seeking a Protection Field Officer to assess and monitor protection risks, conduct community outreach, provide case management and referrals, and coordinate with partners and local authorities. The officer will document incidents, maintain confidentiality, and support implementation of protection standards including child protection, SGBV response, and PSEA in field locations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field, 2+ years field experience in protection or humanitarian work, strong communication and report-writing skills, ability to travel to remote sites, and fluency in English and local languages. Commitment to ethical conduct and safety protocols is essential.
