Job Description
We are hiring a dedicated, detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to find and manage NEMT trips via phone, email, and chat. Fixed night shift (5:00 PM–2:00 AM), Monday–Friday. Full-time, in-person role with starting pay from Rs35,00/month. Candidates must be comfortable using computers, the internet, Microsoft Excel and Word, and possess strong English communication and a proactive approach.
