Job Description
Apostech Solutions seeks an experienced Upwork Bidder to win high-quality projects, manage proposals, and convert leads into long-term clients. Requirements: 3+ years proven Upwork bidding, strong proposal writing, WordPress, MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), AI agents/solutions, client communication, negotiation, international client experience. Full-time in-person. Compensation: Rs50,00–Rs120,00/month plus 5%–10% commission. Do not apply if you lack Upwork bidding experience or a track record of closed projects.
