Job Description
Location: Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi
Night Shift . On-site
Time: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security procedures are followed.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room reservations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and office supplies inventory.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized at all times.
- Provide general information to visitors and callers regarding company services.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
