Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and support bakery outlet teams to achieve sales and profitability targets
– Monitor store performance, customer satisfaction, and product quality
– Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to boost revenue
– Ensure retail standards, staff training, and smooth daily operations
– Analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities in assigned region
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
– 4–6 years of experience in Retail / Bakery / Food Industry sales management
– Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills
– Proven ability to manage multiple locations effectively
