Job Description
Job Title: Partnerships & Alliances Lead
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Department: Marketing
Role Overview:
The Partnerships & Alliances Lead will drive strategic collaborations to accelerate Domino’s Pizza Pakistan’s growth across delivery platforms, payment partners, brands, and corporate channels. This role focuses on building high-impact partnerships that increase sales, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships (aggregators, banks, payment wallets, brands, corporates).
- Develop joint promotions, co-branded campaigns, and revenue-generating alliances.
- Own partnership performance metrics including sales uplift, customer acquisition, and ROI.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Finance, and Operations to execute partnerships seamlessly.
- Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities to unlock growth.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or Marketing.
- 3–4 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
- Experience in QSR, FMCG, e-commerce, or consumer internet preferred.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track and optimize partnership performance.
