Job Description

Salah Travels is seeking a highly driven and experienced Operations & Sales Manager to oversee daily operations, sales performance, and receivables management across teams. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in driving revenue growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining strong control over pending receivables.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee sales operations across all teams to ensure monthly and quarterly targets are achieved.
• Monitor, follow up, and ensure timely recovery of pending receivables.
• Lead, sales teams to improve performance and productivity.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operational management.
• Track sales KPIs, prepare reports, and present performance insights to management.
• Coordinate between sales, operations, and management to ensure alignment.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and professional standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of sales management, team handling, and receivables control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets and outcomes.
• Comfortable working in a night shift environment.
• Proficient in reporting, planning, and performance analysis.
