Job Description

XenMD is a healthcare support company offering medical billing, insurance credentialing, and digital marketing services to healthcare providers. We value creativity, collaboration, and quality in everything we do—and we’re growing our creative team to better serve our brand and clients.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a talented Video Editor to join our in-house creative team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling through video, has a keen eye for design, and enjoys bringing healthcare and corporate branding to life in a fresh and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit promotional, testimonial, training, and social media videos for XenMD and client projects.
• Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, reels, thumbnails, and social media posts.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to conceptualize and execute visual content.
• Ensure all designs and videos align with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Animate graphics and incorporate motion design where required.
• Manage and organize multimedia files, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Stay updated with the latest design and editing trends.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both video editing and graphic design work.
• Understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and color grading in video.
• Ability to adapt designs for digital platforms including web, social media, and presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Design, or a related field (preferred).
