Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Female Admission Counsellor to join our team. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing accurate information about programs, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students regarding academic programs, admission requirements, and career pathways.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing timely and professional responses.
• Assist students in completing application forms and gathering required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status in the database.
• Coordinate with academic departments to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Conduct follow-ups with applicants to encourage timely completion of admission requirements.
• Participate in outreach activities such as education fairs, seminars, and school visits.
• Provide guidance on scholarships, financial aid, and other student support services.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Education, Business, or related field).
• Prior experience in student counseling, admissions, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
