Are you a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service? We’re seeking a dedicated Front Desk Manager to join Housing Society Team
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Manage patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Coordinate with Social Media Team
- Manage front desk duties and provide support as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Graduate ++
- Resident of Islamabad.
