Job Description
We are a growing organization looking for a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment & hiring process (posting jobs, screening, interviews)
- Manage employee records and documentation
- Handle onboarding & orientation of new employees
- Manage attendance, leaves, and HR policies
- Coordinate with management on HR matters
- Handle employee queries and conflicts professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience (fresh graduates with strong skills can apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and recruitment tools
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
