Job Description
Relevant Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in maternal and child health services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide antenatal and postnatal care to mothers and newborns.
Assist in normal deliveries and refer high-risk cases to higher-level facilities.
Conduct health education and counseling sessions on maternal and child health.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and service records.
Administer immunizations and basic health interventions as per guidelines.
Monitor maternal and neonatal health indicators and report any issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols.
Participate in community outreach and awareness programs on maternal and child health.
Collaborate with other healthcare staff for effective service delivery.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Diploma in Midwifery / LHV certification recognized by the relevant health authorities.
2–4 years of relevant experience in maternal and child health services.
Knowledge of antenatal, postnatal, and newborn care.
Strong interpersonal and counseling skills.
Ability to maintain accurate patient records and reports.
