Job Description

NOTE: THIS ROLE IS BASED IN RAWALPINDI AND IT IS A NIGHT SHIFT JOB (07:00 PM TO 05:00 AM)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Services Representatives. The Customer Services Representatives will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. They will interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat, communicating with them about products, services, and resolving queries. The Customer Services Representatives will escalate issues to the management, follow-up on customer inquiries, and maintain accurate customer records.
