Job Title: Customer Relationship Associate
Location: On-Site
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift (6:45 p.m. – 4:00 a.m.)
Compensation: PKR 80,00 – 150,00 per month + Commission

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-centric Customer Relationship Associate to strengthen client engagement and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. This role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, overseeing onboarding, ongoing support, and value delivery throughout the client lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Collaborate closely with client managers to understand client objectives and recommend tailored solutions.
- Manage and facilitate a smooth onboarding process to ensure a positive client experience.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate complex matters when required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within CRM systems.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, client satisfaction, and key performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to meet client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
- Support key performance indicators related to client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in client services, sales, or account management (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and client management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with North American time zones.
