Job Description

Sam Logistics (PVT.) Limited is looking for a motivated and energetic Operations Trainee to join our growing logistics team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong career in freight forwarding and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily logistics and operations activities (import/export & local shipments)
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth shipment handling
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients
• Maintain operational records and update system data accurately
• Assist in handling operational issues and follow-ups professionally

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or relevant field
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
• Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and time management skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
