Position Overview:
This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day focuses of all assigned individuals, as well as continuing to help team members creating new profit streams within customers. They will also be required to provide weekly reports to track progress against the below responsibilities & measurables.
What you’ll do as the Manager Sales – HC:

Functional Responsibilities:
- Have a thorough knowledge of how the HC sales market operates in the US
- Annual Targets fulfilment
- Year over Year growth for assigned accounts within team
- Managing day-to-day issues related to team members
- Hunting New Business (prospecting)
- Expanding Business with Collaboration with UK, India & Global Teams
- Monthly forecasting
- Supporting and facilitating a learning culture through available WiGs trainings ensuring participation and attendance.
- Thorough engagement with team members to ensure your part as a knowledge hub for ALL team members.
- Have the capability to resolve and drive customer opportunities, requests and issues within the organization.
- Celebrate wins and maintain a culture of accountability for underperforming team members.
- Have the capability to utilize the organization’s provided tools to increase customer base by new customer acquisition.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Holiday / Annual Leave Cover
- Procurement & Service Sales Issues to be resolved by Division leader.
- Responsible for ensuring that AEs are given correct support & training (supported by leadership)
- Customer Interaction and structured email response templates
- Initial OEM / Customer Discussion & Negotiation
- Back-end Process
- System Behaviour
- CE hygiene
- Zones High-Level Presentation
- Team Pipeline Reporting
- Ensuring all Opportunities are logged in the system and updated for tracking purposes.
Holding weekly meetings with Division Leader to highlight any team issues.
