Job Description:

We are looking for female experienced and result-oriented Sales Floor Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales and a strong ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and convert walk-in and online inquiries into successful sales.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily sales floor operations
• Handle and convert customer inquiries into sales
• Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance and report to management

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales (mandatory)
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Target-oriented and proactive approach
