Job Description
Job Title: Customer Relation manager (International Sales & Onboarding)
Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi
Job Type: Full-time / Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
We are seeking a confident, results-driven Customer Relation manager with a strong background in international sales, cold calling, and client onboarding. This role is ideal for a sales closer who can engage global prospects, manage trials, and convert leads into long-term paying clients.
You will act as a key bridge between Sales, Trial, and Client Success teams, ensuring a smooth and professional customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cold calling and outbound outreach to international prospects
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos via Zoom and other virtual platforms
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable service offerings
- Coordinate with trial and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding
- Maintain active communication with clients during the trial phase
- Confidently handle objections and close deals
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system
- Share feedback and insights to improve services and customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in international outbound sales / cold calling (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Confident presenter with hands-on experience using Zoom
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and highly organized
- Experience working with CRM tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs150,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month
