Job Description
Job Title: Executive Supply Chain (Night Operations)
Location: UVAS, Dairy Plant, Pattoki
Shift: Night Duty
Qualification: Graduation preferable in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in store operations, warehousing, or supply chain execution. Experience in FMCG, especially dairy or food processing, will be a distinct advantage.
Skills:
- Strong coordination and communication skills for effective night-time operations.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic MS Office.
- Practical understanding of warehouse and store operations, including inventory control.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems during night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all store and inventory activities during the night shift at the dairy plant.
- Ensure accurate physical stock counts and maintain real-time inventory records.
- Coordinate the night dispatch and receipt of materials, ensuring documentation is complete.
- Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of cold chain and storage protocols.
- Liaise with production and logistics teams to facilitate seamless night operations.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, inefficiencies, or safety issues immediately.
- Prepare and submit nightly operational reports.
