Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven Sales Representative to join our truck dispatching operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, onboarding truck owners, and promoting dispatching services to US-based carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales leads for truck dispatching services
• Contact US-based truck owners and fleet operators
• Present and sell company dispatching solutions
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on leads
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales (logistics or truck dispatching preferred)
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
• Strong sales closing and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work night shifts (US time zone)
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
