About the Role
The Logic Design is hiring energetic and result-driven Cold Calling Tele Sales Agents for our US-based B2B Digital Marketing outbound campaign. This role is ideal for professionals who are confident in communication, comfortable with cold calling, and motivated to generate leads and appointments for digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to US-based B2B clients
- Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Development, etc.)
- Identify decision-makers and generate qualified leads
- Schedule appointments or transfer warm leads to the sales team
- Maintain accurate call records and lead details in CRM
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and lead targets
- Follow call scripts while maintaining a professional and confident tone
- Handle objections effectively and build client interest
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in cold calling / tele sales / outbound sales (B2B preferred)
- Strong English communication and listening skills
- Confidence in speaking with US clients
- Ability to work night shift consistently
- Target-driven mindset with strong persuasion skills
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
- Prior experience in digital marketing campaigns is a plus
