Job Description
Position: Category Buyer-MEP
Supply Chain Associate for MEP category of commercial and residential construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and finding the right sources
- Pre-Qualifications of vendors by desk and field appraisal
- Understanding the business needs and stakeholder’s expectation
- Preparation of SCM documentation (Comparative statements, Purchase orders).
- Techno-commercial evaluation of MEP items.
- Procurement tracking in liaison with design and quality assurance team.
- Ensuring smooth supply of MEP material by effective follow up from vendors and reporting/data recording.
- Vendor induction, negotiation and management.
- Expedition for timely delivery of materials
- Preparation of payment documentation (Invoices, Payment vouchers etc.
Education:
BS Engineering or MBA/BS Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical) will be preferred. Experience:

3-4 Years work experience in Supply Chain. Preferably in Procurement
