Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW
An entry-level Assistant Sales Manager in the solar sector supports sales activities for solar products such as rooftop solar systems, solar panels, inverters, batteries, and EPC solutions. The role focuses on understanding solar technology basics, assisting in lead generation, coordinating site assessments, and helping convert prospects into customers. The ASM works closely with technical teams, distributors, and end clients to ensure smooth execution of solar projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interpersonal and strong communication skills.
- Business development and explore new markets of potential clients.
- Meet Sales target , increase Sales yield using different strategies.
- Manage & create team of passionate individuals

- Road Running
- Planning Sales strategies on weekly basis.
- Going to customer meetings related to our products & services and close sales.
- Preparing proposals for customers based on their needs, including creative, innovative, novel, unique concepts and approaches.
- Negotiations with clients and assisting/participating in the negotiations process.
- Creating and building client relationships.
- Increasing new clients as well as keeping good relationship with existing clients.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors, DAE or relevant degree
- 6 months to 1 year experience in B2B, B2C- Commercial / Residential Solar Energy Sales
