Job Overview

Beacon Energy is hiring an Assistant Manager Sales to support business growth in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, technical understanding of energy solutions, and the ability to manage customer relationships while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Generate new leads, build a sales pipeline, and convert prospects into customers
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Conduct product presentations and explain technical energy solutions to clients
• Negotiate pricing, proposals, and terms with potential customers
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering/technical/support) to ensure smooth delivery and service
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the renewable energy sector

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the renewable energy sector
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Technical aptitude and the ability to understand & explain complex energy solutions
• Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
