Job Overview

Aqtiv Solutions is hiring Sales & Customer Support Representatives to support the sale of high-end drinking water and manage customer communication in a professional and responsible manner. This role is suitable for individuals who are confident in their public speaking abilities, excel at captivating the audience’s attention, handling inquiries, and achieving sales targets while working from home. The ideal candidate would be someone who has a go-getter attitude, knows how to manage and achieve sales targets and is a people’s person.

Key Responsibilities

• ● Sell high quality premium drinking water with international standards
• ● Familiar with basic WhatsApp functions
• ● Communicate with customers in a polite, professional, and consumer-friendly manner
• ● Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate and streamline deliveries
• ● Achieve assigned sales targets and complete to monthly sales goals
• ● Maintain basic records of customer details and sales activity in Excel/ Google Sheets
• ● Share customer feedback or service-related concerns with the relevant team
• ● Weekly 1:1’s with the reporting manager to get status reports and feedbackCustomer Service & CSR Responsibilities
• ● Handle customer communication responsibly and ethically.
• ● Ensure customers receive accurate information about products and delivery.
• ● Represent the company’s values through respectful and honest sales practices.
