Job Description

• Organization: Organize stock by business type (pharmaceutical, consumer, healthcare) and segregate by principal, group, and batch with proper labeling.
• Isolate products with pungent smells.
• Store goods on pallets, not directly on the floor.
• Pharmaceutical Compliance: Follow First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) and ensure proper segregation by principal, product, and batch.
• Store cool-chain products (2-8°C) in refrigerators; other temperature-sensitive items in air-conditioned rooms (<25°C).
• Use ice packs and thermopile boxes for deliveries.
• Record temperature logs regularly.
• Stock Monitoring: Conduct monthly stock-takes, address discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Audits: Assist internal/external auditors, banks, or principals during stock checks.
• Inspect incoming stock for damage/shortages and document adjustments.
• Coordinate inter-depot transfers with transporters and dispatch required invoices.
• Operations: Open warehouse on time, manage staff attendance, and arrange replacements as needed.
• Safety: Maintain fire-fighting equipment, clear exits, and first-aid supplies. Securely lock and alarm the warehouse.

Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
