The KRAs: Responsibilities
The role ensures exceptional guest experience and service excellence, acting as the primary liaison between guests and hotel operations within a premium hospitality environment, including:
- Welcoming and assisting guests professionally
- Handling guest requests, preferences, and complaints
- Ensuring VIP, repeat, and special guests satisfaction
- Coordinating with front office and operations
- Maintaining guest history and feedback records
- Promoting hotel facilities and services
- Ensuring service standards and brand compliance
- Supporting arrivals, departures, and special events
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and service recovery
- Enhancing guest loyalty and positive experiences
The Right Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in a 4 or 5-Star Hotel
- Front Office or Guest Relations background preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Guest service orientation
- Ability to handle guests with empathy and confidence
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor
- Fluent in English; additional languages preferred
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
