We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused E-commerce Executive to oversee and expand our online sales operations. The role involves managing product listings, handling order fulfillment, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring efficient daily e-commerce activities across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Daraz, Shopify, WooCommerce, and others
- Upload products with accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, and visuals
- Process, monitor, and track online orders while coordinating with delivery partners
- Keep inventory records updated and ensure stock availability online
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and order-related concerns in a timely manner
- Plan and manage promotions, discounts, and basic online sales campaigns
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses
- Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with online marketplaces and website management systems
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines
