Job Description
Job Title: Fragrance Sales Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting fragrances based on their preferences and occasions
- Demonstrate product knowledge including fragrance notes, longevity, and usage
- Achieve individual and store sales targets for fragrance categories
- Maintain attractive fragrance displays and ensure stock availability
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and exchanges professionally
- Update customers on ongoing promotions, offers, and new arrivals
- Coordinate with the cashier and inventory team for smooth operations
- Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and store policies
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fragrances or fashion retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a confident and presentable personality
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month
