Junior Cold Caller (Night Shift – US Time)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Cold Caller to join our sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who have strong communication skills, are confident speaking in English, and are eager to build a career in sales and business development. Full training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective US-based clients using provided lead lists.
• Introduce Vivacity Solutions and explain our services in a clear, professional manner.
• Follow call scripts while learning to handle real conversations confidently.
• Identify basic prospect needs and qualify leads with guidance from the team.
• Schedule follow-up calls, appointments, or demos for senior sales staff.
• Accurately update call notes, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Meet daily and weekly activity targets (calls, conversations, lead quality).
• Learn sales best practices and continuously improve communication skills.

Requirements

• Fresh candidates or up to 1 year of experience in cold calling, sales, or customer support.
• Good spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Confidence, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working night shift (9 PM – 6 AM PKT) on-site.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools like Google Meet or Zoom.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to take feedback constructively.

Nice to Have

• Any experience in sales, call centers, or customer-facing roles.
• Interest in B2B sales, IT services, or lead generation.
• Exposure to international clients or US markets (not mandatory).
