Job Description

Job Title: Proposal Writer / Data Entry Executive

Shift Timings: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Proposal Writer / Data Entry Executive to prepare client proposals and maintain accurate records by following a predefined internal process. All templates, formats, Excel sheets, and guidelines are already provided. The role is execution-focused and requires accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive data and instructions from the management or sales team
• Enter and manage client information accurately in Excel sheets and internal systems
• Prepare proposals using approved templates and predefined formats
• Ensure all data entries and proposals are complete, error-free, and aligned with internal guidelines
• Make revisions or updates as instructed by the manager
• Maintain proper records and documentation

Requirements:

• Basic to good English writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge
• Ability to follow instructions and predefined processes
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
