Job Description

Overview

Tandoori Training Institute is seeking a skilled and motivated Trainer to deliver professional training in hospitality and service-related segments. The Trainer will conduct theoretical and practical sessions in Barista, Restaurant Management, Event Management, and Food & Beverages, using structured lesson plans and training materials provided by the institute.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions in the following segments:

1. Barista

2.Restaurant Management

3.Event Management

4.Food & Beverages

• Conduct classroom and hands-on training using pre-prepared curriculum and materials.
• Ensure effective learning, participation, and engagement of trainees.
• Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain discipline and uphold professional training standards.
• Coordinate with management to enhance training programs and outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Relevant experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, event management, or F&B industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for training, mentoring, and skill development.
• Ability to deliver structured and effective training sessions.
• Prior experience as a trainer or instructor will be preferred.

Experience & Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a trainer is required.
• Minimum 4–5 years of industrial experience in the hospitality or service industry is mandatory.
• Educational qualification: Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
