We are seeking a confident and target-driven International Sales Executive with a strong British accent to join our growing team and support our international client base.

Position Overview

As an International Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound international clients, converting leads into sales, and providing outstanding customer support throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate is persuasive, customer-focused, and experienced in handling international customers professionally.

This role combines sales, client servicing, and relationship management, with strong earning potential through commissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to international customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Communicate confidently with clients using a clear and fluent British accent.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate writing service packages.
  • Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Explain service features, pricing, timelines, and order processes effectively.
  • Guide customers through order placement and ensure accurate processing.
  • Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle objections, concerns, and complaints efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with writing, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth order delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Gather client feedback to improve services and customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in international sales, customer support, or call center sales roles.
  • Strong British or neutral international accent is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Target-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and order management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
