Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Cyber Advance Solutions, a leading software house. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing within the software industry, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Region: Rawalpindi, Islamabad & KPK
Key Responsibilities:•
- Promote and sell eSM (SaaS-based School Management System) to schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Generate and manage leads through digital platforms, referrals, and assigned sources.
- Conduct physical and online meetings and deliver product demonstrations of eSM.
Customize presentations and proposals according to institutional needs.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential clients to close sales.
- Coordinate with support, implementation, and finance teams for onboarding and subscriptions.
- Research the education market and monitor competitors to identify sales opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships to ensure renewals, upgrades, and client retention.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closure, with a demonstrated track record of sales success.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
