Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and capable Assistant Manager – Administration & Operations to support and oversee daily administrative functions and HR-related activities for one of our associated businesses. This role involves coordination, supervision, and hands-on execution to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and monitor daily administrative and operational activities
- Assist in managing HR functions including hiring coordination, employee records, attendance management, and basic performance tracking
- Coordinate and supervise floor-level operations to ensure efficient daily workflow
- Support process management and conduct routine quality and compliance checks
- Work closely with managers, supervisors, and team members to maintain operational effectiveness
- Maintain and review administrative records, reports, and documentation
- Handle administrative responsibilities and special tasks assigned by senior management
- Adapt quickly to new systems, procedures, and business requirements
- Manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Utilize MS Office and basic computer systems for reporting and operational tracking
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferred: Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, operations, or HR support
- Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with strong learning capability, multitasking skills, and willingness to be trained are encouraged to apply to start from entry level route.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
