Job Description
Job Title: Telesales Executive – Solar EnergyLocation:
Rawalpindi / Islamabad (Candidates must be based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad)
Salary Package:
PKR 35,00 – 40,00 (based on experience and performance)

SEE Technologies is a growing solar energy solutions provider in Rawalpindi. We specialize in delivering affordable and sustainable solar power systems. We are looking for Telesales Executives who are motivated, energetic, and target-driven to join our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.
- Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects until conversion.
- Explain solar products and services to customers in a convincing manner.
- Schedule client meetings/site surveys for the technical team.
- Assist in preparing basic proposals/quotations for clients.
- Focus on achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily call logs and reports to monitor performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Simple BA / Bachelor’s degree (Preference for Electrical Engineering graduates).
- Experience: Fresh to 1 year experience in telesales/customer service (solar sales experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong focus on calling efficiency, follow-up discipline, and target achievement.
- Must be from Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
