Job Description
Sales Manager (Onsite – Lahore Based)
Company: Shiny Surface Cleaning & Maintenance – Dubai
Type: Full-Time | Target-Based
Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (PKT)
Role Overview:
Lead and grow UAE sales operations. You’ll manage the sales team, generate and close leads, and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
Key Duties:
- Lead & manage Sales Executives
- Set targets, track KPIs & improve performance
- Generate leads & close high-value deals
- Sell cleaning, maintenance, handyman & appliance repair services
- Use CRM/SaaS tools & coordinate with Dubai team
Requirements:
- 3–5 years sales experience with team handling
- Strong leadership & closing skills
- Digital lead generation & CRM experience
- Target-driven mindset
Salary: Basic + commission + team incentives
Location: Onsite (Lahore) | UAE Market
