Job Description

Job Opportunity – ASO & UA Expert

Better Recruitment is hiring on behalf of one of our most valued clients for the position of ASO & UA Expert.

Position: ASO & UA Expert

Experience: 3 – 5 Years (relevant experience)

Location: Lahore

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: Market Competitive

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize app store listings (Google Play & Apple App Store) to improve rankings and conversions
• Plan, execute, and optimize User Acquisition (UA) campaigns across paid channels
• Perform keyword research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis
• Monitor performance metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, installs)
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to improve growth
• Prepare regular performance and optimization reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in ASO and paid UA campaigns
• Strong understanding of mobile analytics tools (Firebase, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.)
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other UA platforms
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
