Job Description
Location: Main Boulevard, DHA, Lahore
Timings: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients (Healthcare, Retail & Corporate roles)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and US hiring managers
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, interview notes, and candidate pipelines
- Ensure hiring practices comply with US employment and hiring standards
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for ongoing and future requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in International / US Recruitment
- Strong exposure to Healthcare, Retail, or Corporate hiring in the USA
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Familiarity with US hiring process, job titles, and market trends
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, night-shift environment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
