Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Order Taker who can professionally handle customer orders, communicate effectively, and manage order processing efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Take orders through phone, WhatsApp, or front desk
- Understand customer requirements and record orders accurately
- Enter orders correctly into the order management system
- Coordinate with the team for smooth and timely order processing
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Order Taker
- Strong phone-handling and order management skills
- Good communication, polite tone, and fast working ability
- Responsible, punctual, and a good team player
