Job Description
We are seeking a skilled System Support Engineer to join our IT team at Sybrid, Peshawar. The role involves monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems to ensure smooth and secure operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate network systems.
- Maintain and monitor LAN, WAN, WLAN, Cloud networks, and servers.
- Configure WLAN, Firewalls, VPN, Routing, and Switching.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve system/network issues.
- Provide technical support and ensure timely resolution of IT-related problems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and system administration.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, routing, and switching.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
