We are looking for a responsible and well-spoken Female Customer Service Representative to manage customer communication through WhatsApp and handle order confirmations. The role requires clarity, professionalism, and attention to detail to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
• Confirm customer orders accurately and follow up when required
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order details are correct
• Maintain proper records of chats and confirmed orders
• Handle basic customer concerns and provide clear information

Requirements:
