Job Description
Our company is the sister firm of IZHAR construction company Pvt Ltd. Accurate Pvt, Ltd (Digital Meters Manufacturing firm) is seeking a full-time on-site Assistant Manager Plant to join our team at Sundar Estates (Accurate Factory)
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring production processes & adjusting production schedules.
- Ensuring implementation & evolution of quality systems.
- Making production efficient & effective.
- Monitoring product standards & implementing quality control plans.
- Reviewing performance of all production departments.
- Ensuring products are produced on time & are of good quality.
- Driving continuous improvement through quality management & best practices.
- Coordinating with raw material store & procurement for material demands & inventories.
- Planning, organizing & directing manufacturing & maintenance operations for maximum ROI.
- Implementing manufacturing strategies to support company’s strategic initiatives.
- Improving manpower utilization within departments & processes.
- Coordinating with WAPDA staff for routine meter inspection.
- Coordinating with M.I. & DISCOS staff for sampling inspection of meters.
- Coordinating with R&D & consultants for improvement & development of meters.
- Managing minor repairs/maintenance of factory assets with admin staff.
- Managing schedule/preventive maintenance of technical assets with maintenance staff.
- Coordinating with HR/Admin for new hiring of workers.
- Coordinating with R&D for time study of each production process before worker approval.
- Handling unforeseen circumstances in the factory with concerned departments.
- Coordinating with accounts for production/dispatch reports & monthly stock reports.
- Managing visits from different DISCOS, Govt. departments & ISO auditors.
Qualification: BSc Electrical Engineering
Total Experience: 5 to 6 Years
