Job Description
Globe Call Centre is seeking experienced and reliable UK Cab Dispatchers and Operators to join our growing operations team. We are looking for motivated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can think critically under pressure, and handle multiple tasks with precision. Candidates with hands-on experience in UK taxi or transportation dispatch are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and assign incoming cab bookings to ensure prompt and dependable service
- Monitor driver routes, schedules, and performance, making real-time adjustments to maintain smooth operations
- Communicate professionally with drivers and customers, providing timely updates and resolving issues effectively
- Maintain accurate records of trip details, driver activity, and daily dispatch logs
- Ensure all dispatch operations comply with company policies and applicable transportation regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly to deliver a positive customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in taxi, cab, or transportation dispatch operations
- Strong working knowledge of dispatch systems, GPS tools, and route management software
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and proactive in high-pressure situations
- Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities
