Job Description

Job Summary

The Executive – Catering & Events is responsible for managing catering and event operations from client booking through on-ground execution. The role includes quotation preparation, costing, coordination with clients and internal teams, supervising event operations, and ensuring service quality, hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Location:

Job location is Sharfabad, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle catering and event bookings from inquiry to final execution
• Prepare accurate & competitive quotations, costing sheets, and event proposals
• Manage costing, pricing, and profitability of catering and décor packages
• Handle event bookings and confirm orders in coordination with internal teams
• Actively promote & sell catering and event décor services to new and existing clients
• Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements, timelines, and expectations
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and operations for smooth event execution
• Oversee on-site event arrangements to ensure service quality and client satisfaction
• Ensure timely confirmations, documentation, and follow-ups for all bookings
• Resolve client issues or last-minute changes during event execution
• Act as the point of contact in the absence of the Catering Manager or Assistant Manager
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support the department’s objectives and overall business goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Preferably Masters degree holder/minimum Graduate.
• Must have 2 to 3 years of experience in catering & event management
• Experience in catering, events, hospitality, or banquet operations
• Hands-on exposure to event booking, costing, and on-ground execution
• Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple events and work under pressure
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
• Immediate or early joining preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
