Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Umrah Travel Agent / Umrah Consultant to manage and coordinate Umrah travel arrangements for clients. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Umrah procedures, visa processing, airline bookings, hotel accommodations, and Saudi travel regulations, while delivering excellent customer service throughout the pilgrimage journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Umrah packages, travel requirements, and pilgrimage procedures
• Handle Umrah visa applications and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations
• Book flights, hotels, ground transportation, and Umrah packages
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and Saudi service providers
• Provide accurate information on Umrah rituals, travel guidelines, and schedules
• Prepare and manage travel documents including passports, visas, tickets, and itineraries
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Resolve travel issues or emergencies efficiently and professionally
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Umrah rules, policies, and travel updates
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Umrah Travel Agent, Travel Consultant, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Umrah visa processes and Saudi travel regulations
• Experience with airline reservation systems and travel booking platforms
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Fluency in English (Urdu is an advantage)
• Sales experience is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Hajj and Umrah packages
• Ability to work during peak travel seasons
• Problem-solving and crisis management skills
